Professional Philosophy Etheard Joseph is a visionary leader at the intersection of entrepreneurship, the arts, and education. With two undergraduate degrees in the arts and a Master’s in Business Education from Hofstra University, he architects ecosystems where creativity and business empower modern learning.

Architect of Educational Innovation Etheard builds and scales high-impact programs from the ground up:
The Esports Blueprint: As the Scholastic Esports Strategist for the IT Scholastic Esports In-House Academy at a high school in Palm Beach County. Etheard spearheaded a groundbreaking four-year CTE pathway. This program transforms classrooms into simulated workplaces, blending FLDOE Digital Media curriculum with the esports ecosystem to master game development and entrepreneurship.
Workforce Development: He established a NY State-approved Hospitality and Tourism pathway in a NYC Title 1 school, providing critical career access to underserved students.
Community Impact: He is currently finalizing a community-based after-school recreational esports program at a center in Palm Beach County, bridging the gap between formal education and community engagement.
Creative Leadership & Media Presence A professional artist and filmmaker, Etheard’s creative authority is recognized far beyond the classroom:

Exhibitions: A prolific creator, he has been featured in numerous solo and group shows, including high-profile exhibitions like "Infinite Existence" 

Media: His work has been featured on television and in prominent magazines such as Florida Weekly, Modern Luxury Palm Beach, and The Palm Beach Post.
Signature Projects: He is the creator/host of the Artists Connecting South Florida Film Project (3 years running) and the Discarded Fishing Line Art Project.

Path to Victory As a 2025 NASEF Scholastic Fellow, Etheard drives the future of scholastic gaming. He is the host of the Path to Victory Podcast, facilitating dialogue between global esports leaders, business partners, and families to explore gaming as a tool for growth.
